Income Qualified Apartments Available

Thank you for your interest in becoming a resident at The Trestles. Our rental rates vary based on your qualifying household income and household size. Please see our income verification criteria below.

Rental Requirements:

All prospective residents over the age of 18 must agree to a consumer credit search and provide one or more of the following:

1. Pay stubs for the most recent four (4) week pay period;
2. Income tax returns for the most recent two (2) tax years;
3. Income verification from applicant’s current employer;
4. Income verification from the Social Security Administration;
5. HUD Housing Choice Voucher program acceptance;
6. If standard income verification is not available, alternative forms of independent verification may be accepted.
